My wife and I were very concerned about the possibility of bed bugs in our bedroom. We saw some things on the sheets which alerted US. It was a Saturday and I wanted someone as soon as possible to take a look so I called Mark. Even though this was an off day for him he he came by within an hour took a look at our situation and did not see any indication of bed bugs. I would highly recommend this company! We bought a couch locally off facebook marketplace in WGV that was infested with bed bugs. We got in contact with Mark and he responded quickly (SAME DAY), treated the issue professionally, and helped us get it under control before it became a much bigger problem. We are so grateful for his fast response and expertise. As an extra precaution, he came out an additional day and did more to make sure all bedbugs were gone, because we were supposed to go out of town and have a house/dog sitter. I did not want our house sitter to have to worry about anything nor did I want them tracking bugs to their house. Mark was so understanding of that and really went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease and that our house was safe for our guests. He was honest, dependable, fair, and caring.

I called Mark on a Sunday and he immediately replied. He showed up on Monday and was very professional. He didn't try and sell me a service that I didn't need. He did a free inspection and assured me that I do not have bed bugs. Although I'm over 50, I recently acquired a food allergy and I thought the welts on my body were bed bug bites. However, they turned out to be welts from the allergic reaction. It's good to know that there are still a few honest people in the world and he didn't try and treat a problem that I didn't have to make a quick buck.
